OPPD's Sarpy County Station includes five generating units with a capacity of 315.3 MW. Units 4 and 5 are the most efficient gas turbines OPPD owns -- low-cost, dependable and flexible peaking units. Located on south 36th St. in Bellevue, the Sarpy County Station first went into service in 1972, with additions in 1993 and 2000.
