Effective September 1, 2009, OPPD began offering Net Metering. OPPD had five net metering qualified facilities with total generating capacity of 26kW as of December 31, 2009. In 2009, the total estimated amount of energy produced by these customer generators was 18,746 kWh, and the net kWh received from them was 29 kWh.
