OPPD offers several options for you to pay your bill.

Pay Bill Through MyAccount

Enroll in OPPD's MyAccount to view your balance and choose a payment method. Once enrolled, select the "Go Paperless" option to receive your monthly bill reminder via email. Payment options within MyAccount include:

  • OPPD's Automatic Bill Payment
  • Enrolled Online Payment (funding information is stored, you schedule payment each month)

If you do not wish to enroll in MyAccount at this time, choose one of the payment options listed below.

One-Time Payment
Click here to schedule a one-time payment.
*You will need your Account Number, Zip Code and funding information to complete. 


Automatic Bill Payment (thru your bank)
Logon to your bank's web site to arrange recurring bill payments for all your bills, including OPPD.

    Use OPPD's automated phone system by dialing

  • In Person
    Choose a convenient OPPD Office Location and drop off a payment

OPPD's Surge Guard Plus can help prevent damage to your electronic equipment. Even small surges can create minor damage that may go unnoticed but still shorten the life of your valuable equipment.
