| Select an OPPD Lighting Trade Ally to work with. Have your selected Lighting Trade Ally conduct a lighting audit and provide a retrofit/replacement proposal. |

1. Submit preapproval paperwork to OPPD:

| 2. Receive your pre-approval from OPPD – via email. |
| 3. Proceed with retrofit/replacement. |
| 4. Submit your Lighting Trade Ally itemized invoice to OPPD within 30 days of project competition. |
| 5. Receive your Incentive Check! |
