The Process

 

Have a lighting audit and retrofit/replacement proposal done by an OPPD Trade Ally.

1. Submit preapproval paperwork to OPPD:
  • Incentive Application Form (PDF, opens in new window)
  • Lighting Equipment Application (PDF, opens in new window) Please note: The Lighting Equipment Application is a sample; the actual document will be completed and provided to you by your Lighting Trade Ally
  • kW and kWh Reduction Spreadsheet (completed and provided to you by your Lighting Trade Ally).
  • EPACT 2005 Tax Implication Form (provided by your Lighting Trade Ally)

2. Receive your approval from OPPD – via Email

3. Proceed with the retrofit/replacement

4. Submit your Trade Ally itemized invoice to OPPD within 30 Days of Project Completion

5. Receive your Incentive Check!
