OPPD, Lund Partnership Promotes Energy-Efficient Properties

ENERGY STAR Awards were recently presented to Lund Company by OPPD for three properties that Lund manages: 8712 Dodge Building, Park Place, and Plaza of the Americas.
Lund Company currently has six buildings in their portfolio that have received ENERGY STAR Awards, making Lund the leading property management company of ENERGY STAR buildings, said Judy Sunde, project manager, Market Strategies.
"One of the benefits is that customers like to lease buildings that they know are energy-efficient," said Account Executive Steve Honig.
