An OPPD Electrical Service Designer (ESD) is available to meet with customers or customers' electricians or contractors to discuss access to electric power for residential projects. Project plans and load information are required so that the ESD can determine the line-extension costs associated with each project. Customer charges, if any, will be determined and explained to the customer.
