There is a minimum 10 horsepower required on this rate
Plus
An Energy Charge of: 8.08 ¢ / kWh
Special Billing Procedure for Irrigation Services:
The annual horsepower charge bills in three installments in May, June and July each year. Energy charges are billed during the same month of consumption. Since there is no Basic Service Charge or Minimum Monthly Bill, it is common for irrigation services to have zero charges in months without irrigation requirements.
