Who qualifies for this rate?
Commercial demand rates are required for all commercial service using more than 50 kW demand during the summer months (June through September). Demand-metered customers with less than 50 kW demand may take service on the least expensive commercial rate. Generally, customers with less than 1,000 kW demand benefit on this small demand rate.
A Monthly Basic Service Charge of: $16.75

A Monthly Demand Charge of: $81.00 for the first 18 kW of demand $4.50 per kW for all additional kW of billing demand
An Energy Charge of: Summer (June 1 through September 30) 5.44 ¢ / kWh for the first 300 kWh per kW demand 3.34 ¢ / kWh for all additional kWh Winter (October 1 through May 31) 4.35 ¢ / kWh for the first 300 kWh per kW demand 2.28 ¢ / kWh for all additional kWh
A Minimum Monthly Bill of: $97.75
