Rate 470: Account Service (Opening) Charge for Permanent Service

OPPD has a one-time charge for opening service. This charge recovers the cost of processing the service order, adding the new customer to our billing system, and gathering the required meter readings. OPPD charges the “incoming” customer for these costs, but does not charge the “outgoing” customer.

     Non-landlords - $23.50
     Landlords - $16.00
