Many of the District’s consumer service charges are based on actual expenses incurred by the District. Examples of these charges include raising power lines for house moves, service reroutes, temporary relocations of systems during construction, and emergency repairs of consumer owned equipment. All of these charges will be billed at the utility’s costs plus overhead.
