January 2008
In the month of January we have been working on our power drive car everyday. We have torn off the back panels of the 54 car so that we can get to the motor. We took the motor out of the car so that we can repair things without worrying about getting small particles in the motor. We also took out the seat so that we can get to all the parts of the car better. We have also torn a lot of the back of the car apart to repair and get new things. We are also getting ready to build a new car for this year. We had to make a model of the car that we would like to build with all the right measurements so that we have an idea of what we are going to do. That is what we have all done in the month of January. We are very excited to get started on building a new car to learn all about how to put it together so that we can race it.

February 2008
In the month of February, we have been working on both car #54 and #28 . On car # 54 we are working on the front brakes trying to get them working the way we want them to. Also we have been working on the steering putting on new steering rods. On car #28 we have built the frame and started to put the car together. We are learning about new information about the cars as we are putting the new car together and fixing the other one. It is very interesting to learn all the electrical terms that deal with fixing the front breaks and steering. That is what we have been working on as a team in the month of February. We can’t wait to get both of the cars done so that we can race each other for practice.

March 2008
In the month of March, we have been working on both the cars to get them ready for the first meet that we will be participating in. We had to finish off all the small little details that was needed to make sure that everything was all the right size, so that we can compete and not have to change anything at the meet. We had to put tin on the car number S28 and finish the steering  so that it would be able to turn easily and not jerk in the other direction. We also had to put the finishing details on the car number S54 like fix the mirrors so that they don’t drop down when we are driving the car. This is what we did in the month of March, before we go to the first meet. We will have to wait  to see what we will need to fix on both the cars .
