Things Done:
We told new members about EV. What we do, why we do it, and what are plans for this year.

Plans/Goals:
Out plans for this year include:
• Designing a different car this year. We want something different and unique from everyone else.
• We want to get ahead in our sponsorships. Getting out more, collecting from ore places. Hopefully in order to run three cars this year.
• We also want to find more ways to raise money.

Things Done:
Told any interested people about us, and what we do. We talked about how we wanted to get out and what we should do to get that done. We also brought up the home coming parade float.

Discussion:
• We have decided that we need to be getting out at least once a week in order to gather enough money for our cars, and to visit a certain amount of businesses per week
• We want to find some sort of fundraiser we could do to help raise the money. Ideas as far as; school dance Selling pop for certain classes, and to start thinking of activities of that sort.
• Homecoming parade, we thought a lot about what we wanted to do for a possible float and some ideas to bring to the next meeting.
• Set up time for people to go out this week. Go Thursday after school.

Things Done:
Discussed possible fundraiser Events. How last Thursdays sponsorships went. How could we do better. More talk on ideas for Homecoming parade. Discussed when we should start working on that. Started gathering info from members for documentation.

Discussion:
• Topics were brought up about a school dance as a possible fundraiser. Also found prices for pop, so we can sell them for money. We discussed ways to make our team look more professional. Wearing our shirts, and have multiple people talk.
• Homecoming float was discussed. We went to find ways to get crowd involved.
• Finding sheets for members to fill out for documentation.

Things Done:
Discussed time to go out this week. Bought pop for selling. Discussed ways to bring more people into EV. Homecoming parade, more float ideas.

Discussion:
• We decided the best time to go out this week was on Friday. Plan to visit; Huston Motors, National Guard, Fletchers, Beatrice Ford.
• More posters to promote EV. Talked to more people to strike up interest.
• Have people throw dodge balls at a target on the car for Homecoming.

Things Done:
We talked about what we could do to raise money, and how much we still needed. We checked our bank account with the school. Also we decided to go out sometime this week. We decided we still need to be promoting EV.

Discussion:
• We decided to go out on Thursday for sponsorships.
• Find more places that would be interested in helping sponsor EV.
• Continue to make posters to promote EV.
• Our bank account happens to be -$500.00

Things Done:
We welcomed a new member. Conversed on how last Thursday went. We brought up more ideas on how to raise money. We talked about different plans for our future car. We cleaned up the trailer to help with sponsorships.

Discussion:
• We decided the best time to go for sponsors was Thursday.
• Our last trip got us a sponsor from Fletchers decorating, $100.00

We talked about new ways to raise money for a new car. We talked about possibly setting up a middle school dance. We looked up info for a trash pick-up.

• Thought of any days to do a middle school dance
• We found possible dates to do a trash pick-up.

Thing Done:
We talked about what we could do to raise money, and how much we still needed. We found a time for everyone to go out and find sponsorships. We told people about dues.

Discussion:
• Decided that we need to get out to more businesses and gain more publicity.
• Thursday seems to the best day for members to go out.

We talked about new ways to earn money. We found a day for members to go out and pursue more sponsorship. We bought more pop for back fridge.

• We talked about having a Halloween dance.
• We could not find a date to go out this week. (busy week)
• Counted money from fridge.

2007 State Campion T shirts were shown to us. We place our order for shirts. We decided what day to go out for sponsorships.

Discussion:
• Stocked fridge full of pop.
• We decided that to going out this week for sponsorships would not work for anyone.
• New 2007 State Campion t shirt design for sell.

Things Done:
EV car plans were revised and edited. We called battery companies for possible sponsorships. New Spindle designs were talked about. We talked about January report.

Discussion:
• We decided that everyone will help with the report.
• We need to print the car plans
• Find the old spindle designs and design new ones
• Get all the sponsors that are on the trailer and see if they would like to donate again and send out thank you letters.
