Tree-Planting Sponsorship

To receive Tree-Planting sponsorships, groups must submit a formal application to OPPD's Forestry Department. To find out if your group may be eligible for a sponsorship, please answer the questions below.

1.	Are you applying on behalf of a non-profit organization with a formal leadership structure? Yes No
2.	Does your group have the property owner's permission to use the planting site? Yes No
3.	Is the planting site within OPPD's service territory? Yes No
4.	Does this project have an educational and/or community benefit? Yes No

If your group may be eligible for a Tree-Planting Sponsorship, the button below will be active. Please click on it to open and print an application form.
