Ratemaster

To make sure customers are on the most economical rate, OPPD developed a computer system called Ratemaster to quickly and accurately run rate studies. Ratemaster's formulas work together with historical information in OPPD's Customer Information Systems. For example, OPPD personnel can take the customer's usage for the last 12 months, plug in a different rate and instantly see which rate is most advantageous to the customer.
