Commercial Electric Service Sizing

OPPD provides commercial electric service sizing to qualifying commercial customers. OPPD's Electrical Service Designers (ESDs) work with the customer or design team to design access and connections for electric service. As the customer's primary contact the ESD will coordinate OPPD's involvement. The ESD will use the customer's project plans and design information to determine the project requirements.

The project requirements include:

• Determining building load
• Reviewing easement requirements
• Locating service equipment
• Developing the OPPD project schedule
• Estimating project costs and applicable charges
