Heat Pump Program
Heat pumps help customers save energy and money by cooling your house in the summer and keeping it warm in the winter. Customers who install qualifying equipment receive Energy Credit Refunds and a special winter electric rate from OPPD. In addition, OPPD inspects new systems and verifies that they're operating efficiently and economically.
