  • No annual fee
  • 1% rebate (up to $500 per calendar year) on all new purchases, to be applied to your OPPD utility bill

Just by using your card, you'll reduce your OPPD utility bill. (Maximum rebate of $500 per year.) But the great thing is, you will also be supporting the Energy Assistance Program (EAP). OPPD began the EAP in March 1988 to help disadvantaged families pay energy-related expenses. The program has distributed over $950,000 since its inception, helping an average of 400 families a year.

Please note that in order to keep this great rate, you must make payments when due, stay within your credit limit, and not have any payments dishonored for any reason. We reserve the right to change the account terms should your credit profile change or for other reasons described in the Summary of Credit Terms.

A balance transfer fee of 3% of the transaction, with a $10 minimum, will be applied to each balance transfer with this offer.

Payments will be allocated to lower APRs first. Please note the introductory rate does not apply to cash advances.
