Special Conditions for Single-Metered Multifamily Dwellings
|
| |
OPPD's residential rates assume that each multi-family unit of a building will have separate meters. In some cases, a single meter serves a building with up to four family units (each unit with its own cooking facilities). In this case, the energy "blocks" are multiplied by the number of family units served. However, the charge per unit is the same - as is the Basic Service Charge and Minimum Monthly Bill. Because these services have more than one household, they do not qualify for the Energy Management Credit.
