OPPD charges to re-establish electric service following disconnect for delinquent bills. The charge recovers the costs of utility workers at the location (both to cut the service and to reconnect the service). There is no specific charge for the disconnection. The charge is higher when the reconnection requires overtime or shift workers.

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays - $55.00
5:00 PM to Midnight weekdays and any weekend hours - $115.00
