Who qualifies for this rate?
This rate is only available to Municipal Utilities. These utilities have a municipally-owned and maintained distribution system. Participation on this rate requires a minimum 5-year contract with OPPD.
The provisions of Rate Schedule No. 461 - Fuel and Purchased Power Adjustment apply to this schedule.
