Special Qualification:
The consumer must have an electric heat pump with a SEER rating of 13 or higher that supplies at least 50 percent of the space conditioning requirements. The customer must apply for this rate, and the installation must pass the District’s size and efficiency tests. For more information on heat pumps, please see our Heat Pump Program web page. Participation on this rate requires a minimum 5-year contract with OPPD.

9.22 ¢ / kWh for the first 100 kWh
