Special Qualification:
Applies to multi-family dwellings with an electric furnace that supplies 100 percent of the space heating requirements. Each unit must also have an electric air conditioner with a SEER rating of 13 or higher, an electric water heater, an electric range, and an electric clothes dryer (if individual apartments are so equipped). Each apartment must be individually metered with the electricity bill paid by the occupant. Participation on this rate requires a minimum 1-year contract with OPPD.

9.99 ¢ / kWh for all kWh
Winter (October 1 through May 31)
9.22 ¢ / kWh for the first 100 kWh
8.00 ¢ / kWh for the next 300 kWh

The provisions of Rate Schedule No. 461 - Fuel and Purchased Power Adjustment apply to this schedule.
