OPPD has teamed up with First National Bank of Omaha to create a product that saves you money and helps our community - the OPPD PowerCard Visa.

Just by using your card, you'll reduce your OPPD utility bill. (Maximum rebate of $500 per year.) 4 But the great thing is, you will also be supporting the Energy Assistance Program (EAP). OPPD began the EAP in March 1988 to help disadvantaged families pay energy-related expenses. The program has distributed over $950,000 since its inception, helping an average of 400 families a year.
