The Program coverage starts 30 days after signup except when we are conducting an enrollment campaign.

What do I do if I need a repair?
Simply call our 24-hour hotline number at 1-866-277-3706. We'll send a local certified repair professiional to your home, usually in less than 24 hours, including holidays and weekends.

How will I be billed?
Your Program fee will appear on your monthly OPPD statement, so that you only need to make one easy payment; or, for your convenience, you can pay online..

Is this a long-term commitment?
You may continue your plan as long as you like. If you change your mind for any reason, you may cancel at any time.
