These tax-exempt bonds, issued April 3, 2007, were insured to obtain a AAA rating from Moody's Investor Service and Standard & Poors Rating Services. The bonds were issued with maturities from 2018 to 2038 and with coupon rates from 3.8% to 4.5%. The bonds are callable on or after February 1, 2015.
