Legacy Iᶟ Model

Committed to a workforce reflective of the communities we serve.

Legacy Iᶟ focuses on coaching the next generation of talented employees.

About Legacy Iᶟ

Deon Clark, CEO of TCI Solutions created the Legacy Iᶟ model. The Legacy Initiative is a nonprofit organization whose student development programs have assisted over 5,000 students across 5 states with personal and academic excellence.

The Legacy Iᶟ Model provides methods for developing local, diverse talent into viable candidates for employment. The model is based on a collaborative approach leveraging existing resources from 5 key community sectors:
  1. The relevant industry/company
  2. Local secondary educational institutes
  3. Local post-secondary educational institutes
  4. Local/National community based organizations
  5. Federal, state and local government agencies

In 2017, OPPD introduced the Legacy Iᶟ model to area high schools students looking to start a career in the energy industry. Since then, healthcare, manufacturing, construction and hospitality industries have also joined the effort to prepare students for their career.
