In-Home Electrical Protection Plan FAQ

When does my Protection Plan start?

The Program coverage starts 30 days after signup except when we are conducting an enrollment campaign.

What do I do if I need a repair?

Simply call our 24-hour hotline number at 1-866-277-3706. We'll send a local certified repair professional to your home, usually in less than 24 hours, including holidays and weekends.

How will I be billed?

Your Program fee will appear on your monthly OPPD statement, so that you only need to make one easy payment; or, for your convenience, you can pay online.

Is this a long-term commitment?

You may continue your plan as long as you like. If you change your mind for any reason, you may cancel at any time.

Who cleans up the mess?

We do. The certified contractor will do a general cleanup of the area affected.
