Effective September 1, 2009, OPPD began offering Net Metering. OPPD had 30 net metering qualified facilities with total generating capacity of 154 kW as of December 31, 2012. In 2012, the total estimated amount of energy produced by these customer-generators was 288,623 kWh, and the net kWh received from them was 6,209 kWh.
