Net Metering: Relates to how utilities bill and meter customers who generate their own electricity (e.g. using wind turbines).

Fuel Diversity: Requires utilities to plan a diverse fuel mix for electric generation.

Fossil Fuel Generation Efficiency: Requires utilities to develop plans for maintaining or improving electricity generating efficiency.

Your input is welcome now through May 16, 2008.
