Chief Financial Officer |
Bradley (Brad) Underwood was promoted to vice president of Finance and chief financial officer in 2025. Prior to that he was serving as vice president of Systems Transformation. He now leads both areas of the organization as one integrated team.
Underwood provides strategic leadership to maintain and grow OPPD’s financial strength. His accountabilities encompass traditional finance functions including FP&A, ratemaking, treasury, tax and accounting. His oversight also extends to energy marketing and trading, fuels, resource planning, T&D planning, RTO policy as well as supply chain management.
Prior to joining OPPD in 2013, Underwood served in various roles for the Kiewit Companies with a focus on large project delivery.
Underwood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from Creighton University.
