OPPD is routing three separate transmission lines in the area that are needed to maintain system resiliency and reliability, support customer load growth, and future generation. While evaluating environmental, social, and engineering factors, we’re also seeking input from stakeholders.
As part of our public power promise, OPPD is committed to engaging you in these types of decisions, and we pledge to listen to your thoughts, ideas and questions. Learning about your properties is an important step in determining where the transmission lines should be located. Click here to learn more about the Sarpy Southwest Transmission Project.
