Service Enhancements
Instant outage reporting
Because modern meters wirelessly communicate with OPPD, we’ll know the moment you lose power. While you no longer need to let us know you’re without power, you can still report outages and provide details (downed lines, etc.) via the MyOPPD customer portal.
Faster service restoration
Knowing which meters aren’t responding allows crews to find and fix problems faster, getting your power back online ASAP.
Improved service
